The admin can log in to the console, enter【project management】-【user management】and view the account information;
Or confirm whether your account password is correct. If you forget the password, you can contact the admin to reset the password.
Q：What should I do if I fail to see the traceability information after I add it on the Work app?
A：Log in with the user account (who made the operation) into the Work app and enter the operation menu of the project. View the submission record in the upper right corner-confirm whether the submission is successful.
