A:Please confirm whether the landing page related to the product QR code is set as public:
Enter project - <Landing Page List> - <Detail> - <Publish Setting>
Q:Fail to bind SKUs to QR codes/ VIDs. What should I do?
A:Please check if your QR code order status is completed.
Go to <Console> - <Store> - <Order List> - <Details>
If the order is not completed yet, it needs confirmation before the VID list/ QR code list is ready for use.
Go to <Console> - <Store> - <Order List> Confirm receipt
Once the order status is completed, you can proceed to binding SKUs to QR codes.
Q:What should I do if I fail to log in with my account?
A: Please confirm whether your account is a user account, you can contact your admin to confirm:
The admin can enter <Console> - <User Management> and view the account information;
Double check whether your account password is correct. If you forget the password, you can contact the admin to reset the password.
Q:What should I do if I fail to see the traceability information after I add it on the Work app?
A:Log in with the user account (who made the operation) into the Work app and enter the operation menu of the project. View the submission record in the upper right corner-confirm whether the submission is successful.
Q:Why my project information is missing in Production environment after I successfully created the same project in Sandbox environment?
A:Sandbox and Production environment are two isolated systems. Information cannot be shared between these two systems. Sandbox environment is for simulation and testing while Production environment is for running the final project.
Q:Why I cannot find my project data in Sandbox environment?
A:Because in Sandbox environment data will be cleared occasionally.

Q:My landing page has been activated, but it fails to show landing page after scan QR code.
A:Please check if you have set up binding VID(s) at the bottom of landing page setting page.
Q: Why my customized DCPs do not appear in the final landing page ?
A: The current standard landing page DCPs cater the needs of the majority VeChain Toolchain users and are designed in line with several standard processes pre-provided by VeChain Toolchain platform (including General traceability process, Fresh produce, Meat and animal by products, Food& beverage). Therefore, the page only displays general info concerned by customers across varies sectors.
Thus, the display of any customized DCPs will need a little extra work from your development team for the standard version of VeChain Toolchain.

VeChain ToolChain®️ landing page SDK is used to assist users in secondary development based on standard landing page. This SDK encapsulates the entire process of obtaining data from the toolchain, and users can quickly build their own landing page base on it.
Q:Is there Process Builder in Sandbox environment?
A:Process Builder does not belong to either of the environment, it could be accessed through either Sandbox or Production environment. Created process can be used in both environment.
Q:Will the new process version of my project be updated automatically?
A:No. You need to update the process version to the latest one through <Console> - <Project Setting> - <Configure> in the list project.
<Edit> - Change project status to <Inactive> - <Update> - Choose the latest process version - Update - <Edit> - Change project status back to <Normal>
Q:How many languages does VeChain ToolChain®️ support for data collecting?
A:Currently we support 19 languages. When you edit/create new data, click <Add> to add a different language.
Q:What is Parent and Sub VID tag in Bind Group?
A: A single item is a Sub VID tag while a package with several items packed together is a Parent VID tag. Parent VID tag links all the Sub VID tags in the package. For example, in Garment Factory, a shirt is a Sub VID tag, after several shirts packed together, the package is a Parent VID tag.
Q:What is Bind Group and Unbind Group?
A:Bind Group is commonly used for binding a collection of boxes, bottles, and trays. Commodities in a group are packaged into various collections for different logistics transportation, and information is collected by scanning the collection tags just once for better efficiency. Unbind Group is commonly used together with Bind Group, for unbinding bottles in the container and unpack them.
For example, Vineyard is going to ship 10 bottles of wine to two different re-sellers. Every bottle of wine is put on a tag and these 10 bottles of wine are packed into one box. The box is put on a Parent tag which links these 10 wine tags, this process is Bind Group.
The first received re-seller ordered 5 bottles of wine, so the re-seller has to do Unbind Group action after unpacking 5 bottles of wine from the box to unbind the linkage between the box Parent tag and the tags of the received bottles of wine. If Unbind Group action hasn’t been done by the first re-seller, then those received bottles of wine will be updated with irrelevant tracing information from the Parent tag.
Q:How does<Set Default> work?
A:After select <Set Default>, the new created Binding SKU will always link to this landing page directly if they are the same SKU.
Q: How can I change the company logo on the landing page I create?
A: Go to <Console> - <Company Information> - <Display Information>, click <Edit> and upload your Enterprise Logo. Click <Save> to save your changes.
