Sandbox mode is outside the formal production mode. In sandbox mode, every operation is done in a test environment, and all the data will be testing data. The testing operations are recorded on VeChain Blockchain, which will be costing TCCs as well. The consumed TCCs have been already covered by VeChain’s services. Note that for the stability of the Sandbox environment, all test data is purged regularly. Please plan accordingly.
All the operations in sandbox mode will not affect production mode. Instructions： Console - apart from few limitations on purchase orders, all the operations can refer to the Console User Manual. Limitations on purchase orders：
1. In sandbox mode, you can only purchase TCCs and QR codes. The quantity of QR codes is limited to 200 per order, you can order at most 1000 QR codes per day. You can only choose a 200-TCCs package per order and order at most 5 packages per day.
2. All purchase orders require no verification, and can be used without confirming the delivery.
Please note you will have to acquire TCC first in order to create a contract in both production and sandbox environment.
Go to Console -> Store -> New order -> Purchase TCCs -> confirm the order
TCC in the sandbox environment will be automatically approved and it should be ready for use within a few minutes.
