Account Settings
- Summary
In the <Account Information> section on the home page, you can view your account type (Production Account/Trial Account) and your role (Administrator/Operator/Others). You can also view and edit your profile and change your ToolChain login password.
- Edit Profile
In <My Profile>, you can upload your avatar, and edit your name, phone number, email address and address, as well as view your current account status and role. The email address on your profile will receive all system notifications related to the account.
- Change Password
Follow the instructions to enter your password and save.
Password strength: Use 8-20 characters. Your password must be a combination of at least two of the following: letters, numbers and symbols.
To-do List
Your <To-do> List reminder is located at the top right corner of the home page. It reminds you of the pending tasks from Professional Services and Data Services. You can click to view the details.
Current Subscription
- Summary
You can view your current subscription type in this section.
- Standard
Standard Subscription can be any of the following products: General Supply Chain Track & Trace SaaS Platform; Low-Code Deployment PaaS Platform; Blockchain as a Service; Sustainability Tracing SaaS Platform.

- Premium
Premium Subscription can be any of the following products or services: Professional Audit Services; Data Service; Reseller Services; Mobile Application; Server Application; Web Application; Standard Hash Contract; FT Contract; NFT contract; Semi-NFT contract.

Dashboard
- Summary
The <Dashbaord> displays key operational data, such as the total/remaining number of VID, QR code, chip, TCC in your enterprise account, as well as the usage by different projects.
- Totals
The total number of items in the enterprise account as of the previous day.
- Remaining Balance
The number of unused items in the enterprise account as of the previous day.
- Usage
Usage is the consumption of items for uploading data on chain. It can be the number of VIDs consumed to bind an SKU, or the number of TCCs consumed for the creation of an SKU. You can find more details about TCC calculation rules in <Products and Services>.
By default, the line chart shows the total usage of each item. You can select a project from the drop-down list to view the usage of each item by project.
You can filter the line chart by Month/Week/Day to view usage data within a specific timeframe:
Month: last 12 months including the current month
Week: last 12 weeks including the current week
Day: last 30 days excluding today
You can view the usage data of a specific time node by dragging your mouse to the nodes on the line. You can also click the items above the chart to show/hide the line of a particular item.
- Task Center
In the top right corner, click [Task Center] to get a list of the completed system actions such as data export.
You can cancel the in-progress tasks one by one or all at once. You can also download data you've exported here.
