On the <User List> page, administrator can enter the employee's Account Name or Name to fuzzy search, or search by status, role, and time intervals.
- New User
To create a new user, click <New User>.
After the user is created, the password will be sent to the enterprise administrator's email. The employee can change password after they log into the account. Click <Proceed Now> to jump to <Project List> (as shown below) to set user permissions.
- User Details
Click <Details> to view and edit basic information and employee permissions (as shown below). Click <Reset Password> to reset user's login password. The system will email the new password to the enterprise administrator's email address.
On VeChain ToolChain™ platform, there can be one administrator account and multiple staff accounts under one enterprise. The administrator has access to all subscribed functions and data of the enterprise. Staff accounts can be assigned to roles, which will give them the permission to view project details and operate on project data. The administrator can manage roles under <Role List>.
Click <View detail> to view information and permissions of a particular role.
The default roles are:
- Viewers (who have information access),
- Operators (who have access to project information and authorization to operate),
- Approvers (who have access to project information and authorization to conduct review), and
- Supervisors (all of the above access).
Click <View user> to view the list of users under this Role. You can manage or add more users to this role.
Create New Roles
The administrator can also create more roles according to their actual needs.
